The Elite resistance training program is designed by former University of Iowa powerlifting coach and all-time world record holder Kyle Keough, one of only six people to ever hold all-time records for bench press, squat, and deadlift in two weight divisions. Founder and CEO of Elite Edge, Joe Brammer, designs Elite’s High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts with a background as a UFC Veteran and Best Selling Author of Rapid Body Makeover. At Elite Edge Transformation Center we utilize a variety of the following equipment/workouts to change up your routine while working efficiently toward quick results. Each Elite location is also equipped with nutritional supplements and amenities to suit your needs for childcare and more.

Kickboxing

A high-energy combination of martial arts and fast-paced cardio that burns calories, improves coordination, and builds lean muscle.

Barbell Weight Training

A long bar with weights attached at the end is used to build strength in your arms through different exercises.

Suspension Training (TRX)

A system of ropes and elastic webbing to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability using gravity and your own body weight.

Agility Training

These drills are high-intensity and designed to work all of the muscles in your legs, core, and tendons.

Rowers

Easy to use and fun, rowers work several major muscle groups in both your upper and lower body all while getting your heart pumping.

Kettlebells

Use kettlebells in endless ways to perform cardio, strength, and/or flexibility training.

Clubbells

A similar shape to a bowling pin, these weights are held at one end and swung to develop strong connective tissue.

Battle Ropes

Versatile ropes are used to work abs, back, glutes, and upper body. These can also be used for challenging cardio exercises.

Sandbags

Just as it sounds, sandbags are heavy bags filled with weight that can be used for strength training, grip strength, and more.

Dumbbells
