I completed the 6 week challenge (for the 2nd time) last week and am happy to say it was a success. The first week is tough to get through if you’re just getting into the swing of working out, but once you do, you start seeing results very quickly. I lost 5-6 lbs my first week. The next couple of weeks I plateaued and the coaches worked with me to adjust my calorie intake. That adjustment was critical to my success in completing the challenge and meeting my goals. All the coaches, Eddie, Lauren, Chico, and Joe were there to answer any questions I had about the workouts, food intake, supplements, etc., and they did it with a smile. The coaches also do a great job bringing energy and pushing you through each workout. The variety of the workouts is my favorite part of the program. They do a fantastic job of switching things up on a daily/weekly basis. If you’re looking to get your fitness journey started or need to press the reset button after some time off from the gym, I can’t recommend this gym and program enough.

I just want to say how thankful I am to have met such a wonderful staff and coaches. I went into this weight loss adventure with an open mind and got so much more than what I was looking for. The staff here opens your eyes on how easy your weight loss goals are to achieve. They not only train you on what exercises, but they also teach you on how to fuel your body. They help you with meal preps all the way to a sleep schedule. I would highly recommend anyone who has the slightest interest in starting a weight loss journey, this is the place to go! I know I will be going back to do the 20 lbs in 6 weeks challenge again! Thanks again for everything Elite Edge!

I had gotten really unhealthy during the pandemic and gained a lot of weight and had a poor diet. I joined Elites' 6-week challenge to get myself on track. I've lost 48lbs in 12 weeks. The program each day really targets your entire body. Dont get me started on the amazing coaches! Makes you feel like you're doing one -on-one training. I recommend anyone who needs a pudh to get started on a healtheir lifestyle. Be warned. Once you start, you'll keep going!

Where do I satrt? My whole life changed when I started the 6 week Challenge im Ankeny lose 20 lbs. So many people doubted me and look at me 22.2 lbs lost. If it wasnt for Chicco giving me the motivation speech, encouraging me and telling me I can do it. With my trainers Eddie Mack and Lauren Springer pushing me when I didn’t think I could they kept saying keep going, You got this. The members were awesome and Eddie and Lauren are the BEST. It wasn’t easy being overweight, Ive had both knees replacements. I need both reversal shoulder surgeries and three weeks before I started I wore a heart monitor. But Look at me now.My knees feel 97% better and I added some years on my life. Thank you Eddie and Lauren for not giving up on me. You modified majority of my exercises and never once complained. If I can do it then you can do it. Cant wait for Round two
